Question as someone going to uni next year hopefully

Would it be worth getting student accommodation as someone who lives an hour away from the uni by bus, especially if my classes are early and I have trouble getting up in the morning?

I think its also worth mentioning that my parents are hoarders and I want to get away from the mess, I would probably only tolerate living with someone if they are clean.
