Planning to buy this used bike, questions!

Hi! I am in the market for a "new" bike for me, I am not a professional, mostly recreational who loves riding long distances. I'm hoping to buy something durable and worth it that is going to last years, I am coming from a 2015 TREK SILQUE 50CM. I have been doing some research about Specialized ROUBAIX bikes and so far loving them, I encountered this post in marketplace, could you guys tell me if this is worth the price?
