How do I start an online chat conversation?

I'm really good at face-to-face conversation, I crack jokes easily, can flirt (they also like it) but the thing is yarr ice hi break nhi hoti 😭 And mostly girls like to talk in chats and they are more open in it than in offline conversations 🙃
