I got bit in front of my mom and she didn't give a shit.(Advice/tips/support needed)

Relationship / Family

My mom's dog fucking bit me.

Context : my mom has a dog called boo boo. It's a disgusting stAfFiE(shitbull in disguise) it misbehaves (list of the things it does at the end)

The dog bit me I have no clue why I opened a helium balloon, it made no noise and I let the helium out and I crumpled it into a ball and he lunged and tried to bite it out my hand, scratching me too in the process and all my mom said was "oh boo boo." (The dogs name) In a disappointed tone then said "the balloon is not for you" when he tried to take it off the chair next to her

It can't have been the balloon he's had no problem with it before and I've already despised the dog for ages

What the dog has done before : Constant barking

Barks if you walk down the hall at night

Barks when you’re putting food in its bowl

Barks if someone walks by outside

Barks if you look at it too long

Barks when a car pulls up

Aggression / intimidation

Growls and barks if looked at for too long by the wrong person

Jumps around aggressively when barking

Barks, growls, and jumps at you if you walk into my dad and my moms bedroom holding something bigger than a pencil

Disgusting / unhygienic behavior (enabled by mom)

Sleeps in beds even on holiday in caravans dogs aren't allowed or in a holiday home dogs aren't allowed upstairs in (plus it scratches it's skin and gets blood everywhere.)

Mom lets it "kiss" her on the mouth

Mom lets it drink from her cup after she’s done

Mom puts food between her lips so the dog can eat it like a “kiss”

Boundary breaking / dominance issues

Pisses up everything especially big parcels in the hallway

Jumps on chairs, counters, and windowsills

Pisses deliberately over the other dog by going under it

Unfair treatment compared to other dogs

It’s allowed to do things no other dog in the house is allowed to do

Mom spends hundreds on it and gives it special attention
