UTD Transfer Application – Recommendation Letters Submission Question

Hi everyone,

I’m an international student who has already submitted my ApplyTexas application, application fee, and transcripts to UTD. The Orion/UTD portal is currently down for me (shows a “Shibboleth Web Server is running” page).

I haven’t received any request for recommendation letters yet. My questions are:

1. Should I wait until the portal is back online to submit them?
2. If I can submit them by email, which email address should I send them to?

Has anyone experienced this situation with UTD, and how did you handle recommendation letters when the portal was temporarily unavailable?
