Telekinetic ring.

You can grow a ring on your finger, it takes a few second, and you can choose the design. Once grown, you can take it off like a normal ring, and you can control it telekinetically.

You can make it move at near mach speed, and it has basically infinite range. At first it has the durability of stainless steel, and if it ever gets destroyed, you can make it grow back stronger after a good night of sleep. You can only have one ring at once, and it being destroyed causes you excruciating pain.
