Docked gaming laptop setup or a whole desktop setup?
Hello, I have a gaming laptop which I mostly use for everything while my desktop is just sitting in the corner collecting dust. I did use it before but the generic psu started showing signs of failing by restarting when playing BFV (it even restarts when I tried launching BF V), I haven't tested it if it also happens when playing light games such as Valorant.
My gaming laptop's specs isn't really great but far better than my desktop. I do enjoy playing games on my desktop tho. I don't have a docking station, decent cooling pad, 165hz IPS monitor (my desktop's monitor is 75hz TN panel) and a better table yet.
I also have plans on using my desktop's cpu on a small pc build and use it like a console without the 4k res and high graphics. I might also turn it into a mini pc or a NAS in the future.
Laptop specs: LOQ 15 (2023) i5 13420h 2x8gb ram Rtx 4050 512gb ssd
Desktop specs: R5 3400g Gigabyte A320m-s2h mobo 2x8gb ram 256gb sata ssd 500gb hdd
