How to find/change parent email?

I have a very very old animal jam account made back in 2012/2013 and I remembered my username and password (and miraculously it wasn’t deleted) so I can still login. However, I wanna renew my membership and need to change my parent email to my own now that I’m an adult, but whenever I put in my mums email address (I also tried my dad’s and sister’s just in case), it says it’s not on record? I know on the game if you press a button saying update parent email then it will send a confirmation email to the parent email attached to your account, but I’m unable to speak to my mum right now to check if she’s received the email, and it’s also super weird how it says none of the emails are on record?? Is there any way around this?
