help me with my chronic eczema

i got eczema when i was just 1 year old my childhood felt like a nightmare even though i don’t remember much the only thing i do remember is being admitted to the hospital again and again either for asthma or eczema in school i was always singled out because of my skin people used to call me oldie and it broke me mentally when i turned 15 my eczema was at its worst my body shed so much dead skin that i could literally fill a 700ml bottle i couldnt sleep at night and life felt impossible now my skin is better i still get flare ups sometimes and it still itches but it is not as serious as before the only thing that bothers me now is my dark spots the hyperpigmentation and my strange skin texture my hands look so dehydrated and thin that when i stretch them i can literally see my bones if anyone has recommendations for medicine or natural remedies i would be really grateful
