Cocain mixed with water, any experience?

Hey yall My friend has an issue with snorting lines and they always have to snort a bit of water after doing a line in order for it to really get through the nose.

Would the effect of the coke be the same if I took a small clean nasal spray container and mixed a bag in it with water and then used it like that?

The whole snorting water afterwards can be a bit inconvinient at times
