Is there any way to trade with a friend and make it a win-win?

We're new in a league and literally everyone is lowballing us, offering me Justin Fields for Jayden Daniels or Wan'Dale for Jeanty etc. Is there a way we can trade so both of us win? I'm 3-1 and he's 2-2.
