Need Help – My The Spike account was reported by mistake

Hello, my account in The Spike (UID: TQYY0F2930, IGN: Parahmen) was reported by mistake and now I cannot access it. I already emailed support@suncyan.com but no reply yet. Can the devs or mods please check this?
