X-Mid 2 Ground Cloth

I purchased a lightweight Tyvek ground cloth "kit" for the Durston X-mid 2 tent that measures 83 X 100 inches and came with 6 stick-on grommets.

Can anyone tell me the best side to trim from and how much to trim for the best fit? Also, is the best place for the grommets the four corners and two sides?
