Is Parking Services Run by Crooks or Sadists?

I joined the parking permit waiting list this morning. I've been keeping an eye on it throughout the day and I've gotten all the way down less than position 30 all the way from 200 and then it jumps back up into the hundreds.

Does anyone here have proof that any permits are actually out?

Wasn't there already a waitlist to begin with prior to this semester beginning?

Shouldn't any permits that were released have been given to those people?

They're just giving us the runaround. These people need to be investigated imho
