Is it illegal to dox an adult man cyberstalking and harassing 3 people?

There is an adult man currently stalking/harassing 3 people, one of which is a fellow adult, but 2 are minors. 16 and below 16.

He has romantically pursued the older of the two minors, me, and supposedly, according to his ex, lied about being 18.

By dox, I mean legal first and last name, IP address or state/city, and potentially a picture of his face.
