5mg

I asked my dr to prescribe me tirzepatide and he started me off on 5mg. Based on what I’ve read most start low and work their way up. Should I ask for a lower doasage? 40 male ,5’11” 253lbs. High blood pressure. I haven’t picked up my prescription just yet.
