ACOC Sugarplum fairy shrine?

I'm currently trying to design a crown of candy candyland board, and want to add the stone circle that lapin would visit the sugarplum fairy at, the one with the teacup that Jet broke, but I can't remember when it was described or what it looked like! Does anyone happen to know more about that area/when it may have been talked about?
