Locked out of email, need help!

Hi as you can see in the title i don’t have access to a certain email that I would like to be so I can sign into an old social media account and see memories of my late brother. Unfortunately I forgot the password and don’t have the same phone to complete the two step process. Unfortunately I cannot get into the social media without sending a verification to that email and it’s just my luck I can’t access the email either. Am I out of luck or is there anything I can do to get back into this email. Please please please let me know anything to try!
