SSD at 10% Life remaining

Hello, I used to store windows and some games on this drive, but I upgraded to a NVMe (because I used almost all the space available) and transfered everything from this SSD to my new NVMe.

I then used CrystalDiskInfo and it shows that the SSD (now empty) is at 10% life remaining (if I understand correctly). How accurate is CrystalDiskInfo? Did I damage my SSD when transfering the data to my NVMe?

(I didn't test my SSD before transfering the data, sorry.)
