Buggy Bap Highlights

I have no idea what's going on with my highlights lately. I have no problems saving highlights from any other character. They might be a little slow, but they work. But whenever I try and save a Bap highlight, it refuses to work. I either get stuck on the highlight loading screen, or it'll go through to the saving highlight screen and not move. I've tried leaving it for up to an hour, but the progress bar doesn't move.

Anyone else having issues like this?
