I485 Pending Waiting for Case Decision

Hi everyone, I submitted my I-485 in June 2023 in Oregon under F2A category. Biometrics were done in July, and since November 2023 my case status has been stuck on “USCIS is actively reviewing your Case” under the final step of “Case Decision.” The interview was never scheduled but has been showing as Completed. It’s been on this over 5 months with no RFE, just waiting on final decision. My priority date is already earlier than the Final Action Date for this category. I submitted a case inquiry 30 days ago as well but still no response. Called costumer service they just told me to wait.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? Did your case eventually move forward? Would love to hear timelines, advice, or any insight. Thank you!
