Won in small claims versus my landlord, who is refusing to pay up. How can I collect what I am owed? [Los Angeles, CA][US]

Dude is making excuse after excuse not to pay what I am owed.

However, I have an earlier check that was sent via chase bill pay that includes an account number on there. Is this of any use in trying to collect?
