ASPCA vs. Spot for 9 year old Chihuahua Mix

Looking for any experiences with ASPCA or Spot? Both have similar pricing and coverage. I am more interested in the ease of claims and communication with the company. I am leaving Odie this month as they were super slow and non-responsive.

Let me know your thoughts or if you have any other recommendations for health insurance for an older pup!
