How do i set up my wave maker to go on for 15 minutes every hour?

I have the SunSun JVP-120 Wave Maker. I also purchased a Kasa Smart Plug to be able to control the wave maker via WiFi. In the Kasa Smart Plug app there are options to set when you want to turn it on and off and there is a timer option. I want to know if there's a way i can just set it up to go off 15 minutes every hour? How are you guys doing this?
