Can I plant a tulip tree here?

Hello! First time poster - can I plant a tulip tree in the green circle shown on the map or any recommendations on something better? I'm in Boise, ID. We don't have a single tree in the backyard and we are kind of limited by all the power/utility lines. We like the way they look and it's nice that they grow taller than wide.
