Does anyone have a good recipe for collard greens and spinach?

My friend at work brought me a plate from a cookout she had cuz she left on her lunch break and she's just always feeding people lol. And I've had it before when I was a kid but I haven't had it since then and didn't even think of it till now. I forgot to ask her, but I know she used vinegar in it and smoked turkey. So does anyone have a good recipe? Cuz now I want to make them lol. I live in the Midwest and don't know lots of people who even make them. But I know my dad used to a lot and I never paid attention to how he cooked them. 💀
