AITA for walking out of the house and not coming back

20m , to preface this all came from an argument had with my parents because they found out I drink ( a 20yo who drinks ??? Huge shocker ) i received a long lecture from them about this which made me not feel comfortable at home ( I have diagnosed ptsd, depression, and anxiety so things like this send me into a dissociative episode) I told my dad I am going to stay with a friend and he tried to say no. I then began to get up and get my keys and said call my bluff. He got in my face and threatened to pin me down and take my keys while growling in my face nose to nose. I told him if he put his hands on me I’d be calling the cops and grabbed my things and walked out. Today they’ve been messaging me trying to say IM the asshole for the situation. AITA?
