How to isolate power hungry devices?

Around May 2025, I did a bunch of home improvements (new windows and doors - hurricane rated) as well as encapsulating my crawl space. I would have expected my electric bill to go up during peak summer heat and then drop gradually starting in September. However, my bill remains very high despite having better windows/doors.

The only thing that I can attribute this increase above and beyond normal seasonal increases is that the dehumidifier in the crawl space is drawing a huge amount of power.

Can you tell me of a device that I can use to monitor the cost of the dehumidifier remotely using either bluetooth/wifi?
