New to picture rails -- what hardware to try?

I'm not new to Century Homes, but I am new to Century Homes with picture rail installed. I don't really know what kind of hardware (hooks, wires/cables, etc.) I'd prefer. What options/brands/styles should I try? I'd appreciate any advice you might have for a newbie...
