x870e TOMAHAWK MAX RAM

I ve been told that it's not a good idea to populate the amd boards with all 4 dimm slots for stability, however I'm getting ram bottlenecked at 64gb.

Was wondering if it will work with 96gb kits, or is there any solution to boost up to 128?
