SEN- RESPITE SERVICES ON SKILLED WORKER VISA
I am on a skilled worker visa, my son is autisitc and has an EHC plan in place, his social worker offered us respite services. I want to ask -
-
My visa states "No recourse to public funds" - Will accepting respite services disqualify me from a possible ILR application under current rules?
-
Looking forward - Considering the ongoing political rhetoric "not a single penny from welfare funds" as a condition for ILR, is it not worth it to risk the respite service ?
Any help will be much appreciated!
