No Vex build that uses both Specters and Reapers?

Question/Complaint, I really want to make a build that uses BOTH specters and reapers at the same time but doing that really just seems like a waste right now. If you want to maximize the summons you really have to use one or the other. If I'm missing a build out there that can actually use both effectively please enlighten me... Seems really pointless to have them both as options with the current build of the game.
