M37 , F32 keeping two gifts from my ex that are tied to my dad?

my ex gave me two gifts years back that I’ve kept around. One is a candid photo of me and my dad that she took. It ended up being the last picture of me with him before he passed, so I keep in my room. The picture is taken in a way where you can tell there was a third person there, and sometimes people ask who it is.

The second gift is tied to a Father’s Day thing. I had picked out something for my dad while I was with her, and he loved it. I ended up holding onto it for safekeeping after he passed. Both of these gifts remind me of my dad more than they remind me of her, so I never thought about throwing them out.

The issue is, this is now the second girlfriend I’ve had who feels insecure about me keeping them. I told my current girlfriend that if she’s uncomfortable with those gifts being in my home.
