Built in Finland: small team, big startup challenge — advice?

For the last year we’ve been working relentlessly on a new cloud goal/project management platform — nothing to download, just open and use.

We know the pain points of tools like Asana/Trello (too heavy, not joyful to use).

Now we have a few pilot customers here in Finland, but we need more — ideally companies with 20+ people. The market is brutally crowded, and adoption is tough.

👉 My question to this community: • How do Finnish startups usually find their early pilot customers? • Are there local networks, communities, or events we should look into?
