Why is so hard to make friends in your 20s

Why is so hard to make friends when you’re in your 20s im 25 and can’t seem to make any new friends , and the friends I have they never wanna hang with me but they’re always out with their other friends idk is it me or what im nice , outgoing and friendly I don’t know what to do when I have kid free weekends I don’t have anyone to hang with and it’s makes me so low and depressed and makes me wonder why doesn’t anybody like me…. What can I do ?
