Is c2 furina any good for him?

Since i know furina at c0 doesnt help with the lc reaction much. I was wondering how her c2 would be.

i dont have ineffa so my team would prolly be him furina aino and like fishcll or kuki

Is he worth pulling? i have garunteed so but i dont plan on pulling infeffa for the forseeable future.
