suggestions for a fan hub that will give me speed control

I'm trying to get a pwm fan hub controller/splitter that will net me proper speed control of my fans, because currently all of my fans are daisy chained via molex. i'm looking for a fan hub that i can hook all my fans up to and connect to the cpu fan header on my motherboard, so my cooling is proper and adequate. that way they aren't all running at one constant speed
