I got a pretty good deal on a brand new Aventon Ramblas ($1800) and I thought, how many upgrades can I squeeze in until I hit that $2899 MSRP? As we all know with any bike build, I totally overshot that number, but came out with a lightweight (in the grand scheme of things) fast-rolling bike that is perfect for the rides I love to do (fireroads, gravel, light trails) and is something that I can grow into if I want to push it further. Almost everything I purchased for this project was on sale in some capacity except for the handlebars and crank arms.

($299) Fox 34 Performance Grip Fork 130mm (in 'Mustard' lol, listing was marked as 'Black' and had no photo so that was quite the surprise when it was delivered) | Jenson USA
($164) PNW Loam Carbon Handlebars 50mm Rise | PNW Components
($349) Hunt Trail Ride MTB Wheels | Hunt
($160) Schwalbe Rick XC Tires 29x2.40 set up tubeless | SoCal Bike
($199) Cane Creek eeSilk+ Carbon 31.6 | Cane Creek
($80) Terry Butterfly Galactic+ Bike Saddle | Terry
($74) e\*thirteen e\*spec Plus Crank Arms | Cyclery USA
($28) Ergon GA3 Ergonomic Grips | Jenson USA
($56) Fyxation Mesa MP Subzero Pedals | Amazon

Aventon as a company does a pretty good job on having lots of write-ups to make sure you are getting the right parts for whatever you are replacing. It can get confusing if you're new to the bike world, so if you have any questions or are looking for specific part numbers, feel free to reply and i'll try and help!
