Anyone aware of the status of Hacienda Temozon Sur?

Hi, I am planning my second trip to Yucatan, this time with my parents, and they are curious about a Hacienda stay. We were interested specifically in Hacienda Temozon Sur, but it is difficult to see who manages the place now. All the booking engines have the dates blacked out, and while the hotel is no longer part of IHG, the websites for ihg are still up, and google still thinks IHG manages it. So I thought it was closed, but there are recent reviews? I'm confused, can anyone help? Thanks!
