AITAH for causing my grandma to hit me for ripping the sheet on my bed?

I usually move my feet up and down when laying on the bed. The first time I completely destroyed the sheet and the sheet lasted for about a few years. My grandmother got angry and hit me, it also happened again today and it wasn’t that bad she hit me again. The sheet lasted for about 3 years. I think it is partly my fault moving my feet up and down making the sheet rip more. She also hits me over ripping my underwear too. I have long nails which cause me to poke and rip my underwear, it wasn’t intentional but she doesn’t care; she thinks it has to be intentional if it keeps happening. She hit me again many times for that. One time it wasn’t because of my nails. She hit me again because she thought it was.
