Brand new COD game and the packet burst issue from BO6 is still a problem

Very first game and the constant packet burst make it downright unplayable. I've tried everything on BO6 to try and fix the issue and its still a problem here. If anyone has any solutions then please drop them here. I play on PC and have never had issues when it comes to connection.
