Claiming Rewards - Not Receiving Ore and Sol

I was mining today and the system went down for updates and upgrades. I went to claim the ore and sol I had from the session and it didnt make it into my phantom wallet.

Its worth mentioning that when i clicked the "claim button", nothing would happen. So I would click it again. I eventually sent to wallet and never received it. My Solscan shows 5 failed attempts (about how many times i clicked the claim button) saying
#3 - Unknown: Unknown(Program Error: "insufficient account keys for instruction")

I have a feeling there is going to be nothing that can be done to save the Sol and 3 Ore, but as someone trying to figure out crypto, Id like to understand if I rattled the system by trying to transact so many times, or if it could be that i tried to pull it out when the mining system was down for upgrades.
