My libido is so high on enclo!!

Im currently on 6.25 enclo 3 days split, Ive been a porn addict since i was 15 which I’m pretty sure affected my testosterone levels. I’m currently 23 now and i decided to give enclo a try after doing my due diligence and I’ve read somewhere that it also decrease your libido. And i wasn’t worried about this fact because i wont be jerking off as much if thats the case but its not i want to jerk off more now as my test are on all time peek, i could also see my balls getting bigger and could feel a strange light pinch on my right testicle yesterday and i was worried if they couldn’t handle the load so unload them a little and the pinch was gone. That was a big fat nut anyway!! What should i do!
