How do you fight an Alphard?

I usually play Alysnes, cause I like the pve aspect of mashmak far more than the pvp, and want to play the most obnoxious thing to chase should I get into a player fight. This is the second time I've been annihilated in mashmak normals within minutes of match start. They play Alphard, and there's NOTHING I can seem to do to him. Shoot him? Gonna chip armor at best, he can dodge forever. Punch? Never catch him. Run? Even with 4 life bars, it doesn't matter when Alphard is faster than god with infinite energy. Hide? Spawned in the desert section, no rooms to get under before they kill me.
