Is the Pegasus refund policy legit?

A friend of mine who is Turkish (from Antalya) wants to visit me in Germany (Berlin) next month on a Schengen visa. She's not sure if she would be able to stay for the whole duration of her visa (a week) or leave earlier because of her university schedule so it's a question of 1-2 days. On the Pegasus website it says that if there's 72 hours until the flight then it can be refunded. Has anyone ever gone through with the cancelation and gotten their money back?
