Wtf i just lost almost everything i paid for

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to reset achievements so my ios game centre achievements would work. I reinstalled the app pressed restore purchases and hardly any of what I bought has come back. Now I only have luxury, bitizen, god mode, casino and unlimited time travel.

What I lost: boss mode, get out of jail card, racing expansion, zoo expansion, investor expansion and landlord expansion

So in other words I lost everything that makes the game have any sort of unique fun gameplay

Has this happened to anyone else before and were you able to get your stuff back?
