Okay so I started my hair growth journey from the beginning of this year (January). My target was lowk **Wolfcut** (which still is obv), so I started with a allowed in school hair length < 3 inches prolly 2, and before the journey i only used to apply normal Amla oil, but then I started using many products and taking care of my hair.

-So my routine first was:

  -applying coconut oil overnight

-washing with a hydrating hyaluronic acid based shampoo

  -using an onion conditioner

-applying hair serum for the day.

This was for like 2 times a week, and the serum everyday nonetheless.

Everything was going smoothly, my hair became so beautiful, I previously had those Asian straight hair 💔🌹 and they were dry af, but they became so beautiful cuz i hydrated them and all ‘at.

But after like 5 months things started going downhill, hairfall started, but it was soo less that it wasn’t even noticeable like 5 hair/day. But slowly-slowly it increased and became noticeable like 15-20 hair/day, I still didnt took it seriously but still tried something 🥀, i changed the conditioner to a keratin hair repair one and now applied rosemary + coconut oil overnight the day before wash day.

Then i became fed up of hair serum cuz it dried my hair quickly, so I switched to a leave-in conditioner. It was goated, this changed my hair from like straight and dry to wavy and hydrated, but soon from like last month, the hair fall reached an unprecedented peak 🥰, the point where you notice it in your bathroom 💔, and now like 40+ hair fall just on the wash day (not counting the ones that fall during drying my hair and setting them and all).

Then i changed my shampoo to an anti hairfall one, it had like peptides and adenosine etc, but still I can't really see any change, the hair which have to fall, fall 🥰

Now since a few days I have started seeing that my goated voluminous hair are now thin af, like there's no volume and they just settle down like Radhe bhai 💔

My hair are now 6 inches front, 5 in the middle ig, 4 in the back and might be 3-4 on the sides, Idk what to do gng my hair 😭😭

I asked GPT and it says 50-100 hair fall everyday and its common, but Idts if this was true won’t people be bald. In like a year, is someone knowledge in this field? Like how much is hair growth cycle and hair fall cycle. And what tf should I even do atp.

Hairfall and Hair Thinning at its peak rn gng 🥰 (17M)
