Is it common to develop a heart demon aftet finishing a scripture?

Does anyone else experience Heart Demons after finishing a novel or and is it an indicator of how good the novel is? I just finished " Pursuit of the Truth" and now i feel melancholic. I felt the same after Renegade Immortal.
