What kinda bugs are going round atm?

Weird question but I'm wondering what kind of bugs are going round at the moment? In terms of symptoms experienced.

I hear a lottttt of coughing in all my lecturers.

I'm just trying to avoid vomiting as I have The Worst Emetophobia Ever. I genuinely don't mind getting anything else, so at least checking if anyone knows if a vomiting one is going round at all?
