Need help or advice

I'm 25M. Whenever I musterbate or ejaculate I feel my joins specially knee joints are paining a little, and cracking sound when sitting and standing up. During sex, After first round,I feel very sleepy and hungry. And takes atleast 1hr for erection again to do second round. Is it normal or there is any concerning medical issue?
